Week 2 – Day 9

Went out to Dino’s Gyros today.  Ordered the lamb gyro, and a diet mtn dew.  I didn’t eat the pita bread and it was still pretty good.

  • Current Weight: 191.5 lbs
  • Today’s loss: 0.5 lbs
  • Total weight lost: 8.5 lbs
  • Goal Weight:  170 lbs

Breakfast: 2 slices turkey deli meat, 1/4 cup raspberries & blackberries, 1 large 16oz cup coffee with cream and equal.

Lunch: One Dino’s Gyros gyro (no pita, or fries), 1 mtn dew, 3 glasses water through the afternoon.

Dinner: 2 polish sausage brats from festival, handful of raspberries, 3 glasses water through the night.  One multi-vitamin.

Exercise: 20 minute walk.
